These special filters are designed to work on ONE specific date, time, and location and will be available to EVERYONE at that specific location during the specified date and time.

PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR FILTER AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT!

Please review the guidelines below BEFORE purchasing!

1. Your filter will be customized for your event. Will include guest(s) of honor name, and event date.

2. These are PREMADE filters. The ONLY changes that will be made to these filters are the name, date, and age is applicable.

3. This file is the FILTER ONLY FILE. Instructions on how to use and upload the filter with Snapchat will be included when we send your filter file. We DO NOT upload the filter for you. YOUR FILE SHOULD BE UPLOADED FROM A COMPUTER.

4. Please allow UP 2 DAYS for your customized filter.

5. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM FILTERS. We will upload and check your file before sending it to you to use for your event. We are not responsible for any incorrect setup, uploading of the filter, or the snap chat issued fees for uploading your filter.

6. PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR FILTER ATLEAST 1 DAY PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT FOR APPROVAL. PLEASE REMEMBER SNAPCHAT FILTERS ARE FOR USE ON A DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION BASIS AND WILL ONLY APPEAR ON YOUR SNAPCHAT AT THE DESIGNATED DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION.

7. We are not responsible for the fee snap chat charges to upload. Our fee only covers the cost of your filter design

8. Snap Chat filters are used on a specific date, time, location basis. these cannot be uploaded to use at any time. Please be aware and research how the filters work before purchasing.

9. Snapchat sets their rates for uploading filters based on date/time/location, therefore the price varies greatly due to those factors. I suggest researching with Snapchat first before purchasing. I have no way of knowing what that price will be to upload to Snapchat as I do not work for Snapchat. My job is to create an uploadable filter to Snapchat. Please, contact Snapchat for any questions about the functionality or prices issued by their site.

10. Custom filters can only be used in the US (50 states), Canada, and UK. Filters cannot be used in PR, DR, USVI, BAHAMAS, ETC
